Saradev Eye Hospital invites applications for the position of Optometrist. We are looking for a committed candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience in an eye hospital setting and a strong interest in patient care, clinical evaluation, and ophthalmology support services.
The role is a full-time opportunity for candidates who have completed B.Sc. Optometry or Diploma in Optometry. Candidates with prior exposure to eye hospital workflows, patient assessment, refraction, diagnostic support, and coordination with ophthalmologists will be preferred.
Compensation will be at par with industry standards and will be discussed based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and suitability for the role.

Saradev Eye Hospital offers a short-term Phacoemulsification training programme for ophthalmologists seeking focused surgical exposure in cataract surgery. The programme is designed for personalised learning through 1:1 training under the direct supervision of an experienced mentor.
Trainees will get the opportunity to operate with advanced surgical equipment, including the Zeiss Lumera i surgical microscope and the Oertli CataRhex 3 phaco machine. The training is structured to support hands-on learning in a guided and supervised clinical environment.
This programme is suitable for ophthalmologists who wish to strengthen their phacoemulsification skills through mentor-led training and practical surgical exposure.
